Beingfuliyou is a term coined to encapsulate the concept of "being fully you."

Beingfuliyou represents a life where authenticity, ease, kindness, love, fun, meaning, freedom, wellbeing, and relationships are not only embraced but also celebrated and encouraged.

Beingfuliyou emerged for our friendship. Over the years, during our endless discussions on wellbeing, we realized our deep desire to create environments that nurture authenticity, ease, kindness, love, fun, meaning, freedom, and relationships.

The K-12 school system has been our professional environment for the past decade. Throughout that time in our professional roles, we developed meaningful relationships with teachers. We learned of their motivation and desire to support children’s wellbeing, and we also witnessed their needs and struggles in this endeavor.

We created Beingfuliyou as a space where teachers can grow into a deeper understanding of one's self and become more skillful in supporting children’s wellbeing. A space where embracing loving kindness towards self and others is encouraged and nurtured. 

Through Beingfuliyou in Schools we aim to nurture the wellbeing of teachers. By taking care of our teachers’ emotional and social development, we create a ripple effect that positively impacts students, communities, and our future generations. We are currently offering an empirical based 8-week training series in Mindful Self-Compassion. This training enables educators to enhance their own emotional wellbeing by navigating through life’s challenges with kindness, care, and understanding.
