Crystal Jacobo

I have a deep passion and understanding for relational neuroscience, early childhood development and emotional wellbeing.

Whilst studying psychology, I discovered the power of early childhood experiences. This revelation gave me insights into my own nervous system, reactions, responses and needs. We are all shaped by many micro moments of our early childhood experiences.

After completing a Masters in Counseling Psychology, I deepened my clinical practice as a Child Therapist. Subsequently earning postmaster credentials in School Psychology and School Administration.

For more than a decade, I have worked in various settings which include outpatient, school-based environments and in home early intervention.

At the heart of my practice, is my passion for developing partnerships to enhance healthy emotional development in children. I've seen how awareness of the nervous system and appropriate guidance can boost a sense of safety and security for adults, and more importantly, have a ripple effect on children.

I am especially committed to magnifying the importance of infant and child mental health. I believe now more than ever, that childhood is the portal to strengthening our future generations and communities.

Beingfuliyou is my way of sharing knowledge and balance through relationships and play so that together we can create a safe world.
